The Singapore Rugby League steering committee today proudly revealed the inaugural jersey for the Singapore Memerang Men’s National Rugby League Team.
Embodying the spirit and colours of the nation, the new jersey establishes a bold, classic identity for the team as it prepares for its future international campaigns.
The design of the new Singapore Memerang jersey is intentionally simple and iconic, serving as the foundational framework for all future iterations of the team’s kit.
The jersey prominently features the national colours of Singapore: red and white. It’s main body is a solid, striking red palette, symbolising the passion and vibrancy of the nation. The design is accented by four white lines running across the chest, complemented by a crisp white collar and white cuffs on the sleeves.
The jersey proudly features the Singapore NRL and Memerang logos, on the upper chest.
The unveiling marks a significant milestone in the development of Rugby League in Singapore, providing the Memerang with an official, unifying identity as they seek to raise their profile on the regional and international rugby league stage.
The new Singapore Memerang jersey is expected to make its debut in the upcoming Asian Championship that will be held in Manila this November.
The Memerang will face the Japanese Samurai,.Hong Kong Thunder and hosts, the Philippines Tamaraws, to decide the regional champion.
